Aristaeus 2022 Estella orchard honey 500g

This is our flagship honey and from what is probably best described as home base.

Harvested in February 2022 (our first for the 2022 season) and sourced from my parents kiwifruit orchard in Meeanee, Hawke's Bay, which gives it the best of both town and country flavour.

Best guess, the bees were feeding primarily on clover, plantain and mellow.

A mild but unique flavour and firm in the jar (very finely crystalised), making it great for hot drinks and toast.
