Aristaeus 2023 Estella honey
Harvested in May 2023, our Estella honey is from home base on my parent's kiwifruit orchard in Meeanee, Napier. More of a multi-floral and without so much of the unique flavour of our other Estella honeys.
Lightly crystalised with a mild flavour with the bees collecting nectar on clover, plantain, mellow and other pasture flowers.
Available in 250g and 500g jars, as well as part of our gift box selection.
